Almost Sixteen And Want To Emancipate

my father is a verbal abuser and does'nt seem to relise this. I am often deppresred because of this. He is also very strict, I am in 11th grade and have still not been aloud to go to school dances...he says because i'm not aloud to date I should'nt be able to go. In January I will be getting a co-op job for nursing.
I have a recntly turned 18 year old boyfriend that my parents don't know about, who I could live with. Do you think the court will allow emancipation?

No. There is no way in a million years a court would allow a minor to move in with her adult boyfriend.
