Default Child Support Fraud
I have 3 kids by a female I've known for over five years. She has collected welfare for the whole time she has had kids. the thing is that, I've lived with her for majority of our relationship and she has told welfare in Kansas that I wasn't around. Now, since I've left the relationship she's moved a nother man in the house and hasn't told welfare of him being there either. he has been there since I left. I worked while I lived with her and proveded for my children and since then we had joint custody and welfare don't know it but she still collect welfare with her boyfriend staying with her and me still providing with my kids.she's lied to them saying I was no where around when in fact I was living with her. I didn't know anything about her lying to them untill they came to me for child support. Is this fruad and what should I do because I have two other kids to prvide for and child support takes my money to where I can't even pay bills.

Default Welfare Fraud
Lying to the welfare authorities to increase your welfare benefits generally does constitute welfare fraud.

The mother's actions are unlikely to affect your support obligation.

I know that I still have to take care of my children, but if she wouldn't have lied I wouldn't be in debt with them as much or at all. So my question now is how do I get things token care of, because I've contacted the welfare fruad and child support division and they say get proof of where we stayed and take it to a judge. Like I said though, the child support don't care they want the money they spent on my children which I had nothing to with, but by me being in the household working and paying bills, buying clothes, food, medicine, and ect. She went on her own and lied to them because she don't want to work. She's had a nother kids by the guy I spoke about living in the home eat the food stamps that I'm paying back, and it's suppose to be for my kids. She even went as far as using the welfare paymeny(cash assistants) and bailed him out of jail. How can that be legal for them to charge me for child support and I was living with me kids and till this day I will getting custody of them. She's lying to them in order to get what shes getting, that's fruad and disrespect to me. To make matters worse, child support nevver sent me a letter where I was living to come to court. So I had no idea this was happening to me untill it was already done. If their taking me to court how can they ignore me not getting the information to go?
