Question No Good Father
my sister had a baby with a guy that has a drug and alcohol problem. he also mentally and physically abused her while she was pregnant. she finally filed a restraining order and an arrest warrent was put out for the domestic violence. part of his mental abuse was that he accused her of sleeping around and demanded a dna test when the baby was born. the baby was born premie due to all the stress. also his name was not included in the birth certificate and the baby has my sisters last name. the dna test was done and proved he was the father. after the baby was born she gave this guy another chance with the condition of getting help if he wanted any part of the babys life. he admitted himself in a rehab for about 2 weeks and came back. apparently he relapsed and she broke it off with him again. so now my sister had to order a copy of the babys birth certificate and his name now appears. can this be removed? No one notified my sister that his name would be added. my sister has declined child support due to the domestic violence. she took off the restraining order but the arrest warrent is still active. he also has some problems with immigration. this is in florida. can i get some answers. this man has threatened her life.

No you cannot remove Father's name just because you want to. He may be a heal but there is no way you can remove his name

Why did she vacate the Ro if he is threatening her life?
