Burglary of Motor Vehicle Texas

I read up on getting non disclosure on this conviction and am not sure if I can get it now or if I have to wait 5 years, or is there anything else I can do to get this off of my record?

I just completed my Deferred Adjudication Probation period of 18 months and want to know when I can get this done. Thanks in advance.

There is a five-year waiting period for sealing felony records. You can apply for a pardon in advance of that, but the odds of getting one are extremely low.

My crime was classified as a misdemeanor, I believe its a class B.

You can expunge a Class C misdemeanor after completing a deferred sentence. For any other deferred misdemeanor you can petition for an order of nondisclosure; I believe the waiting period is two years.
