Nope not all at all.. He wasnt driving that. its not driveable..
Uh-huh, but he WAS driving something. Do you see where this is going?
The thing with a lie is that you have to keep coming up with more lies to cover for the first lie. It never ends and eventually, you get caught in your own web.
Your buddy just went from being a spider to being the fly.
He better get a good atty. Failing that, he better hope that the public defender he is assigned still has a passion for his work and hasn't been jaded. I suggest that with either atty, he just tell the dang truth.
For being an univolved party you have access to much detail. Including Police report! However I have caught you in a mistake here. Watch!
You sayMr. K notesNope not all at all.. He wasnt driving that. its not driveableThis suggest the car in question was drivable on Aug 5th!Not that I want to suggest that you've dropped more hints than you realize... but when your friend got the speeding ticket on August 5, was he driving the red hatchback that doesn't work?
In Police report you copied the incident happened on July 31st!
Your copied police report
The undersigned has probable cause to believe the above-named defendant on 31 or July 2007 at 3:00 AM at “Address of defendants parents dealer” in “His County” did commit the offense of Lewd and Lascivious Battery
Car that got ticketed in was blue... not red.. But we will hope for the best.. people cannot be judged guilty of something when they didnt do it.. he would be the first to admit he did it.. but he says he didnt.. I cannot argue with everyone anymore.. Thanks for all the advice..
I don't care if the car was rainbow striped with purple polk-a-dots and pink unicorns. He told the police that he could not meet with him because he doesn't have a car and he doesn't drive. Apparently, that is a bold faced lie. If nothing else, his daddy owns a car lot. He could have had his daddy take a car off the lot and drive his (allegedly) predatory behind to the meeting with the detective.Car that got ticketed in was blue... not red
He LIED. He's caught in those lies. Too late to change the story, now.
Thats a 1 sided view.. Isnt there are possiblity hes not guilty.. Or is everyone guilty theses days.. Thank you for some of the good advice I got.
It's not a one sided view that he lied to the cops, now is it?
I didn't say he was guilty. What I think is a different matter. However, the fact remains that he has proven himself to be a liar. Why would anyone believe a word that comes out of his mouth? Oh, that's right....THIS time he's telling the truth.![]()
