Question Made A Car Loan To A Friend, Who Isn't Paying
a few years ago a friend needed help with a car loan,
(I put the car in my name completely) (did not co-sign)
now they have stopped making payments, and I have excellent credit.

I made a payment over the phone to keep this (off) of my credit,
but do not want to keep paying for a car that I do not have.

What route do I take to get the vehicle back? As they have told me they will not make any further payments? I plan to pay the car off when it is in my possession. But How do I go about (getting the car?)

Is the car still titled exclusively in your name? This is in what state?

You can look in your phone book for repo services - they tend to operate locally.
