    Default Unresolved DUI

My question is this: What if someone got a DUI in one state 10 years ago and left that state without taking care of it at all, just moved away a week later. So say state A is the state DUI occurred and state B is where the individual had a license when she got the DUI. She lives in state B now but might have to move to State A again. Will it be on her record. She has been finger printed several times for work both state and federal and it has never came up. Is the statue of limitations over for that charge? and if she tries to get a new license in State B will it be on record at the DMV in state A. I hope it makes sense.

Yes it will be on her record. She should not expect to qualify for a license until she clears up the charge.
