Default Recovering a Loan to a Former Boyfriend
I loaned my boyfriend at the time money to pay his bills, under the agreement that he was to pay me back. During the time we were dating, we agreed on a lessor amount. Now that we are no longer together, he does not want to pay me any of the money that he owes me. Does that constitute as breach of contract? If it does, can I take out a warrant in debt on the entire amount he owes me?

Default Oral Contract to Repay Loan
You can try to enforce the debt through small claims court.

Default Verbal Contract to Repay Loan
I did that, but my question is, can I go for the entire amount I loaned him? Or do I have to go for the amount we agreed on?
