How do I go about getting my felonies expunged. They range from poss with intent to poss without tax stamp and felony poss of paraphernalia. I was convicted July 7 1997 I was off Paper in Jan 1999. I would like my right to bare arms back. These felonies were in Douglas county Kansas what is my first step in getting them removed??
