    Default Embezzlement Charges

lets say a person has worked at 2 chains of a major retail store. if the person took money from both chains and is not caught until moving to the 2nd chain, will the company prosecute for both counties the crime was committed in, or will they file one big charge for the county in which the person was caught???

    HELP PLZ!!! (state=Michigan)

If you committed embezzlement in two counties, it is quite conceivable that you would be charged in both counties. You can't be prosecuted in one county for a crime which occurred entirely within a different county.
