    Default No Fault Accident

I was in a car accident on the night of August 23 in the State of Ohio. I was on a side road at a stop sign turning left onto a 2 lane road. There was a vehicle traveling northbound with it's right turn signal on. The vehicle slowed down and appeared to be turning right. I thought I was clear to turn left but the vehicle pulled out of the turn and accelerated and hit my car as I was attempting to make a left turn. No one was cited in the accident. My insurance company is fighting for a 60/40 claim. The other party has now changed their mind about what happended at the accident and is hiring an attorney. Am I solely at fault?

    Default Re: No Fault Accident

Who is claiming you are totally at fault? Not you, and not your insurance company. If this other person is now trying to claim that you are 100% at fault based upon an explanation of the accident that is different than that given to your (or his) insurance company or to the police when they investigated the accident, I wouldn't expect anybody to particularly believe the new version.
