Unhappy Paternity Rights and Adoption
I Have Been Separated From My Still Legal Husband For Ten Years Now.he Used To Beat Me So I Just Got Up And Took My Children And Left.we Talk To Each Other For The Children Sake.he Sends Me Money For Them.we Have Never Done Nothing Legally Yet,meaning A Divorce I Met Another Man Had A Child With Him And He Just Got Up And Abandoned The Baby,he Is Illegal From Mexico,he Never Met The Baby.i Still Named The Baby After Him,she Has His Last Name.i Finally Met The Man Of My Life He Is Helping Me Get The Divorce He Wants To Marry Me.can He Recognize My Last Baby As His, Sence In Her Birth Certificate She Does Not Have A Father?or Can He Adopt Her Since The Father Is Out Of The Country And Never Had Anything To Do With Her.can I Change Her Last Name To His?thanks From New York New York.baby Was Born In Florida.

First, your post is very difficult to read due to the capitalization of every word.

Second, as you are still married, if the new baby was never determined to LEGALLY be the second man's child, the child is legally your husband's.

You need an atty to sort this all out.

At this point, adoption is waaaay off in the future. You have too many other issues to straighten out.
