Help With Careless Driving in New Jersey

I live in NJ got 6 points and was assigned for the driving probationary school to remove 3 point then on probation for a year if I get any moving violation I will be suspended for 3 months.
2 days later I was pulled over by a police officer.
I was in a parking lot ''PRIVATE PROBERTY'' of a mall at 10 pm after buying a fax machine. just drove my car and like 15 yards he stopped me and gave me careless driving ticket which will give me 2 point and 3 months suspension.
I pleaded not guilty in the trial .prosecutor and officer played a nice game officer said I was parking in the fire lane and was speeding.
despite that he gave me a careless driving ticket not speeding!! I said I just drove 15 yards. I was in the parking spot crossed to the front spot as there were no cars what so ever there and made a left turn and drove 15 yards and he stopped me.
judge found me guilty cuz I said i might had crossed the line between the 2 parking spots !!!!

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? appeal the judgment or try to go to MV and ask them no to suspend my license as i have a family and my wife has a fracture ankle and im the only support to theh family at this time.

please help is apreciated.

DMV doesn't have the power to NOT suspend your license.
