Default Overcharged for Utilities
My lanlord is also my roomate. I live in an apartment/condo with her and another tenant. My lanlord is in charge of the gas/electric bill. She tells me what I owe her each month and I add it to the rent that I also owe her. She has yet to show me a month bill since I have moved in here 3 years ago. I have a strong reason to belive (I saw one or two bills on her desk) that she is infact overcharging me each month on the gas and electric. We have a verbal agreement that utlities are split evenly 3 ways. I have an email from her confirming this statment. What can I do?? Is this considered fraud? Can I bring her up on charges?? I want my money back!!

Ask to see the actual bills.
