I am having a little trouble filling out an RJI. can anyone help me?
Not unless you provide sufficient detail that we know what you are talking about. Not everybody here is from New York.
the person that has a signed contract to buy my house got up at the closing and left. would this be a real property issue or a tort issue. I am seeking compensatory damages. which nature ofjudicial intervention box do I check.
If you want somebody to guess what type of intervention you want, and to guess what's on the form, contact the "Psychic Friends Network". Otherwise, give us the necessary information.
it is a standard rji form

Is there a method to your madness? Is there some reason you are unable to post replies, and instead start new threads for each of your unhelpful posts?
If you can't even figure out how to ask a question, you need to hire a lawyer.
I need help filling out an rji. suing for breach of contract on a home sale. Is this claim a tort or a real property issue. I am suing for compensatory damages
again, you simply create a new post when you have not answered what was originally requested from you to help answer your question.
If you want an answer, quit simply starting new threads and answer what was asked originally.
btw; it is neither although from those 2 it would be real estate. It is a breach of contract, which itself is a claim. In your case it involves real property. That does not mean there is not a tort involved but that would generally be a stretch and you have given no details to assist in making any sort of decision.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
is anybody familiar with the rji form
