Speeding in Oregon, Evidence Questionable

I received a speeding ticket recently which I am highly suspicious of. The officer said he clocked me at 66 in a 45 (road work was being performed on a hwy). Now I don't know my exact speed at the time but I do know it was less than 60 because that is what I cruise at. Also, I was in the far right lane behind another car and other cars were overtaking me (including a semi-trailer) when I got pulled over. I really doubt I was doing 66.

I think the cop targeted my car other than for speeding reasons.

Be that as it may, I'm prepared to pay the fine but I would like to see the evidence for myself first. What evidence do I request and whom do I request it from? Do I make this request at the first court appearance? Or can I request it now (pre-appearance) from the police department?

Your best option is to contact the court to see if you are eligible for online traffic school and the ticket not be reported. Discovery rules vary from state to state with many states not allowing discovery at the traffic court level. I am not familar with Oregon.
