So, what you are saying then, is that CPS will not be removing her from her home. She cannot go live somewhere else without parental consent or a court order removing her from her home.

While I don't agree with what was allegedly stated, I have no way of knowing what was ACTUALLY said by the social worker, so I will refrain from commenting on that topic.

In the end, it still has nothing to do with your brother's problem.

It depends. I won't even start on whether or not your brother would be tried as an adult, as I don't even know if he WILL be tried, to begin with.

...and you are still not getting the fact that even if she doesn't live with him (which she does and will for the forseeable future) he can STILL give any information or suspicions he has to the police.

oh, get this, her grandma just got out of a meeting with a social worker, and the social worker said that not feeding a child is not abuse if they can get food somewhere else. and psychological abuse isnt actually abuse. oh and their refusal to take her to a doctor for anything, even a bladder infection, doesnt seem to raise any eyebrows either...

(oh the grandma even asked her if the food rule applied to eating from garbage and she answered that malnutrition was the only thing that could constitute abuse)
We you present during this meeting or getting the info second or third hand? If even a fraction of wha tyour saying is true then the worker shold be reported to his/her superior. I doubt that it true though. However young lady what your doing her eis bombarding this site with questions unrelated to orignal question and making excuses. You cam eher efo rlegal advice and it was given. I strongly urge you to take that advice to your brother. The CPS issue I just gave you your answer. Its also unrealted (no matter how you "try" to relate it) to your brothers problem. Now please listen to thos eolder and wiser than you before you cause your brother more harm than good.
