Unhappy Establishing Nonpaternity After Divorce
PA, is the state in question

I was married and during that time my now ex-wife got pregnant, I had no clue at the time that I was not the father. I have divorced since then still thinking the son in question was my son. However recently my ex-wife can out and finally told me that i wasn't the father. I signed the birth certificate at the time because i was married so of course i thought he was mine. She has had 6 other men DNA tested to establish paternity but with no success. I have been ordered to pay child support for the child that is not mine. And my wages have been garnished. Eventhough I was paying it willingly up until I found out the he was not my legal son. Please help me what rights do I have, I have a dna test to prove that i am not the father.. The divorce was final in PA also.

How old is the child?

This recent disclosure, I'm assuming, occurred after the divorce process was complete? And the divorce judgment and custody order reflect you as the child's father?
