Default Alienation of Affection in New Jersey

I live in NJ and I know the laws are different in this state. I was told that certain statues would allow me to file an allienation of affection suit against the woman who has been cheating with my husband for the last six months. I have been married to my husband for 9 years. Have I been with him long enough to bring action against this woman?

    Under New Jersey law:
Quote Quoting New Jersey Statutes Section 2A:23-1. - Rights of action abolished
The rights of action formerly existing to recover sums of money as damage for the alienation of affections, criminal conversation, seduction or breach of contract to marry are abolished from and after June 27, 1935.

I'm having a similar situation myself. Having seen this now, my question is. What if any charges can I bring against this woman?
