Default Disability rating
My doctor said that they are going to try 2 more nerve blocks and then he will have me go to another dr to work with the 2 of them and get a rating of disability. I was wondering what would happen after a rating was given. My doctor has always been on my side and has listened to everything I had to say, I have been very lucky.

Also- should my lawyer contact me on occasion to see whats going on or do they just wait for a settlement deal ?

Thank you for the help

Jennifer

Default Disability Questions - Workers Comp
The best person to answer your questions is, of course, your lawyer. If your lawyer is not communicating with you, and you have not done so, I suggest you call his office and try to hold or schedule a phone consultation or appointment.
