    Default Charged Legal Fees After Late Mortgage Payments

    i live in a mobile home in louisiana and its financed with greentree back in may '07 i got behind a couple of months and their legal dept. called and harrassed me. I got it caught up and have been ever since but just found out that they are now charging my acct an extra $1200 for having to get their legal dept involved. Their calling it legal fees but we never went to court. Is that legal? any help appreciated
