How to do a Deferral in Snohomish County

Hello! Great site.

I just received a traffic violation ticket today around 5:30pm. Since it was so late I was not able to call the court asking how the deferral process works for snohomish county courts.

I've never gotten a ticket in 10 years so I think I would have a good case for deferral.

It didn't contain any information on how to do a court deferral. I received a green ticket from the snohomish county sheriff dept with the three normal options listed in back.

I really can't take time off from work to show up to a hearing so hopefully the deferral process does not require a court attendance. Is anyone familiar with the snohomish count court deferral process?
