Default How to Collect Money After Winning a Judgement

I won a judgement in court for damages. I have garnish this person bank account but only got a little of my money with more still outstanding. I know where she works but how hard is it to collect if the person works in real estate and what are other options of collecting monies owe.

One common way in most states is to go back to court for a proceeding called a citation to discover assets. The debtor will have to furnish income & assets - like where the debtor works, how much they earn, if they have any bank accts. & where they are + how much is in them, etc. If you follow this procedure, you can ask the judge to enter an order that non-exempt income & assets be turned over to you.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Is there a way for the person in debt to hide assets and shift money from his/her account to a friends? I'm right behind you on this one... Good luck!
