    Default Life tenancy

My father died in Florida who was a joint tenant on a domicile in florida . He had a surviving spouse who has life tenancy and has now voluntarily vacated the domicile in question. Is she still considered responsible for the associated cost of maintaining the said property? Or did she relinquish her life tenancy by moving out voluntarily?

No. Although you may be able to convince her to relinquish or sell her remaining interest.
