On my Court Order it states that I am to pay 8.75% on arrears. It does not say per year or per month, but upon some research I believe it to be calculated per year, Correct? Also, upon my research I found out that interest for the state has droped to 4% in 2004, the court order is before 2004. This is in the State of New Mexico. Since my court order states I am to pay 8.75% am I binded to pay that amount or since interest has been changed to 4%, should I be paying 4%? Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!
