Getting a Ticket Because of an Eyewitness

I am 17, have a provisional license, turn 18 next month. I was driving in a neighborhood with two friends and going probably 20 over the speed limit. There was a guy standing out in front of his house who yelled for me to slow down and who I then proceeded to flip off. what was I thinking?
So he shows up at my friends house saying he has my license plate number and that he's reporting me, call my parents and all that. He got right up in my face threatening me and calling me a crackhead(?).
My question is that will I get a ticket, or anything at all? I live 20 miles away in a different city, same county...does that make a difference?

I think the chances of your receiving a citation are extremely low. My guess is that you'll never hear another word about it....for a variety of reasons. If you do, let us know!
