Default Hit By A Driver With A Suspended License, in Georgia

I was in a car wreck where the guy who hit me had a suspended license. The police said the cause of the wreck was "underterminable" and I have a feeling that they are going to say it was my fault (even though it wasn't) is there some sort of case law or law that says he should be liable or more liable as he had no business being on the road in the first place as his license was suspended? Thanks!

In terms of responsibility for causing the accident, no, there is no such law.
