'm Egyptian, medical student lives in Egypt, I'm married to American woman who lives in south Carolina , we were married in Egypt for a month (the marriage is certified and authenticated by the American embassy and it is valid in both countries) then she abandoned me and went back home and she is living with another man in south Carolina and she will have his kid next month she has left me since may 2006 but I have been in contact with her till march this year
now I want to know what can I do so she gets what she deserve ?
will this baby carry my name ?
how I can get the money I have been sending to her to cover her bills back (I have Western Union receipts) ?
she put me through so much pain and that affected my schooling and everything ..
can she sue me later for money or child support when I get my license and start making money ?
although she knows for sure she is not with me and that she is with another man and she has a child who is not mine
I am not a US resident I have never been there before ..
and I have no money to hire a lawyer or to travel there at least no right now ..

I don't know the procedures for divorce in Egypt, but if I were you I would explore them. I would not expect to recover any money from her. I have no way of knowing who she identified as the father of the child, and for security reasons (prevention of identity theft) such information is difficult to obtain if you're not identified as a parent.
