Access to Back Yard From Neighbor's Private Road

Our backyard is accessible for building supplies or parking our boat only from a road which is privately owned by multiple homeowners. It is not a "posted" private road - I just need access to drive down their street to put my boat in my yard a few times in a summer and access for trucks to deliver building materials for a deck to be built. The neighbors have scheduled a public mediation and it seems to be getting out of hand. Do I have any legal rights to access my yard? I live in Bellevue Washington

You have no right to use the neighbor's access if you have access from the front.

Mediation sounds like a good idea.

It's a lot better than having a log rolled across the road to keep you out.
