Wrong Date of Birth on a Criminal Record

Hi, if the court has a wrong DOB in their record, and I have an expunged trespass misdemeanor, do I still need to disclose the case in any background check, or the wrong Date of birth is enough to prevent any employer to see the expunged case?

It's still your record. If you lie about it, depending upon when your lie is discovered, you can expect to be turned down for a job or fired.

Thanks for the reply, I don't have any intention to lie, but I would like to ask you in your opinion how serious expunged trespass misdemeanor is ? the reason I'm asking that question because I 'm preparing a medical residency application and I'm just wondering if this issue will affect my career?
