I parked my car in the parking lot and went into Fred Meyer. When i came back a Ford Ranger was completed rammed into the front of my car. Bumpers touching. There are some minor damangers on my front bumper. I took a picture where it clearly shows that the Ford Ranger had crossed his parking space marked by the yellow lines and was touching my front bumper. Though the other party accepted the mistake at the site, he now denies it and says my car was not present when he parked at the parking lot and says I was the one who hit him. Fred Meyer might have a camera that recorded the fact that I got in to the store first. What should i do? He never took my insurance info though he gave me his car's insurance info which also proves he is guilty. He didn't have an ID on him and said it was his wifes car. Should i involve a lawyer to win the case. Geico (other partys' insurance) is not being helpful. I could involve my insurance but will have to pay the deductable for the damages when it was not my fault
