Angry Texas Reposession Laws
Could somone with knowledge of the Texas vehicle reposession laws please tell me how much notice such as how much time to cure is required before reposessing your vehicle in Texas.
My loan company is in MA and they dont seem to know the Texas laws and i was wondering if any notice and how long they have to notice me before vehicle reposession?

The lender doesn't have to give you any notice before repossession. If you're late, they can repossess. They have to give you at least ten days notice before they sell or auction the vehicle. You can attempt to redeem it during that time, although the lender will typically want you to pay off the entire loan, plus repo and storage fees.
