Default Attorney Disclosed Information to Respondent

    Hello,

In my never ending case that was close to coming to an end I found that my attorney gave privileged information to the respondents without my permission. This information concerned the final settlement papers.
What if any recourse do I have? This action has caused a great problem in the final settlement.
    This is in Colorado.

    Thank you for any help.

This may be something you believe to be privileged, but which is not actually privileged.
