Default Emancipating to Move to Another Country

I am 16 and would like to move to Denmark in 3 weeks with my Dad. My mom has full custody on me but I have been living on my own since January. Do I have to do anything with the courts concerning her custody before I leave. I can't really find info on the net. Please Help.

You can do nothing! Your Father petitions court for custody change

Emancipation entails living independently of your parents. It is separate from child custody issues, and it is not a work-around for one parent to avoid complying with an existing custody order. If your dad wants custody, he has to go through the courts.
