Emancipation with No Parental Consent

I'm 14 years old. I don't have a job yet, because where I live I can't get one until I'm 15. My mom kicked me out. However, I don't want to go and live with my dad, because he can hardly take care of himself. My friend's mom said I can live here as long as I help out and get a job next month. Although, my mother said I can't live with my friend, that I can only live with my father. We don't see eye-to-eye, and are always argueing, so I ran away and she kicked me out. Could I get emancipated on my own and live with my friend even if neither of my parents would let me? If so would it cost a lot of money?

On what grounds? Custody isnt something the court issue lightly. Its clear you hav eno real understanding of how things work which is ok for 14 year old. If custody were to change then the other parent normal seeks it or maybe another relative (Grandparents, sibling etc). I would not count on a judge granting custody to a friend.
