Minor Pregnant By Boyfriend Who Is Under A Restraining Order

im 16 and i wanna be able to file for emancipation but it looks like it wont work well im pregnate by a guy my mother put a restraining order on 3 months ago... can he get into trouble for getting me pregnate i live in florida and im 16 hes 19 can we get married and live life...will he be arrested for violationing the restraing order?

Obviously he can get in trouble. He knowingly and intentionally violated a court order.
