Florida On the original plea agreement I plead out to a lesser charge of agg. assault and the agreement wasthat no points be assessed for injury at time of sentencing or for vop.
the paragraph on the court record stating the points assessment is just crossed off instead of the actual agreement writtten out. Now there is a vop and the 4 points that the new DA assessed for injury puts me over 44. I think there is an error on the scoresheet due to misinterpretation. how do I resolve this?
