Neighbor's Fence On My Property in California

My neighbors fence has been on my property for a number of years. Is there any statute of limitations that allows them to keep it there after a certain amount of ime has passed or do I have the right to get them to move it?

It's not your neighbor's fence.

If it's on your property, it's your fence.

Get a survey.

Show the neighbor the survey.

And then (real polite like) say, "I am taking down my fence in x number of days. Just thought you'd like to know."
