Default Establishing Paternity and Getting Visitation
here we go ,first my ex girl freind and i took a patarney test it was established i was the father ,
my name is not on birthcertifacate, but she collects socail security benifits for this child. she wont allow me to see this child, what can i do the state is arkansas , and yes im on socail security disablity ,, what should i do i want my name on the birth certifacte i want visistation with my child , please some one direct me to where i should go .thanks

You go to court. If paternity has already been established and your the Father you have the same rights as she does

Once paternity is established, you can seek visitation rights. They don't come automatically.

It seems to me that Dad took a home DNA test. If this is the case that isn't sufficient to LEGALLY establish paternity.

Ownes, You need to go to court and file for Paternity/Custody/Child Support.

no this was not a home dna test this was done at a paternaity testing lab, thank you i willl go now to court and file the papers to get my name on birth cert and visiation for my child , agian thank you

The test may not be admissible in court...Don't be surprised if the court requires another one.
