1st the age of consent in Mississippi is 16. did you concieve before your 16th birthday? If conception took place before your 16th birthday sex charges can be place don Father. Now on other and main issue. As the Father he has every right to request DNA to establish paternity just as you have every right to request he pay support

If the father wishes to pursue his paternity rights, he will be able to get a court order for paternity testing.

When paternity is established, file for child support. You will need it. The child deserves to be supported by both parents...not the grandparents. If you are old enough to be having one night stands and having children, then you are old enough to face the reality of co-parenting. Your child has TWO parents. Deal with it.
