Default The Law for Becoming a Video Vigilante

I saw "Court tv" today. It was showing different video vigilantes. It did mention laws in states varies. How can I find out about the Michigan Law of becoming a video vigilante?

One thing they mentioned on tv in whatever state they were in is it is ok to record on public property and not private property. They also mentioned there must be a crime occuring.

I knew that would come across a bit wrong but I had to do it anyway. Just for the fun of it.

I'll try to read a few of them so you only need to read 1/2 of them.

    try these on:

let me try that again. it seems the url did not come across.
