I have purchased a 10 arce lot of land in Georgia.....
My lot is behind two 5 arce lots.There is a 60 foot driveway/ utility easement that runs down both 5 arce property line....30 foot on each side...
I am responsable for upkeep and maintance to the easement....Started building house last week and noticed one of them had starting building a fence
which is only 14 feet off the center line of driveway..The fence has also covered all utilitys....Tryed to talk to him but he says property is his and he will build fence were he wants....Before i take him to court does anyone have any experience with this sort of problem??????
