Default Neighbor Wants Access To Our Side Of The Fence

I am a currently renting a home in Florida, with just over 1 acre. We parked our work trailers along the fence line and blocked a gate that our neighbor has to allow him access to our side of his fence. Our neighbor has goats, and is extremely nosey. We have no privacy, as he sits in his yard everyday so that he can see what we are doing in our own backyard. Since living here only 2 months, my goat neighbor has harrassed my landlord on a daily basis, to have us move our trailers so that he can access his fence on our side of the property. The goat-man says that he owns property on the other side of the fence (our property), and he needs to be able to mantain his fence. Our other neighbors have told us that the goat-man is a nuisance with everyone that lives next door to him, and constantly complains to the county sheriff, code dept, garbage dept etc. And that no previous tenant or owner has allowed him on their(our) property.
We posted "NO TRESPASSING" signs on our property, which has really upset the goat-man and our landlord. Now he has my landlord calling us, saying the he (landlord) will have our trailers towed if we do not move them ASAP. We have printed the local Property Appraiser record showing the lot size of our property and have measured the distance, the goat-man's fence is right on the property line. We have explained this to our landlord, and we still have been receiving harassing calls from the landlord. We have our trailers parked there so that we can have a little privacy, and keep him from entering our property.
Please help we don't want to lose our house, do we have any rights? My neighbor is really upseting my landlord which in return is making myself and my husband crazy mad!!!! We definetely are going to move at the end of our lease but want this to be a nice environment for our 3 kids and have some privacy.

Default Re: Neighbor Wants Access To Our Side Of The Fence

Your tape measurement doesn't necessarily establish that the fence is on the boundary line. Your landlord apparently believes that your neighbor has a right to access both sides of the fence. I don't know if you have a lease or are month-to-month, but if your landlord wishes the landlord can opt not to renew your lease or can give you notice, so if you like the premises you benefit from keeping your landlord happy.
