Default Determining Paternity When The Mother Has A Protective Order
My boyfriends ex girlfriend had a baby about 3 days ago! She had cheated on him and my boyfriend and the other man both look about the same! The mother of the baby has a protective order against my boyfriend but it might be his child! What do we need to do to find out if it is his baby when she has a protective order and he cannot contact her!

You don't do anything...He can file for Paternity/Custody/Child Support in the county of the childs birth.
