I am 16 years old and I am currently living with two friends of my mom whom I consider my aunt and uncle. my mom has custody of me, and my father has visitation rights. he is also a convicted woman abuser and his girlfriend is a convicted felon (drug dealing). my mother has a hard time supporting my 12 year old brother and I, so she is allowing us to stay with my 'aunt and uncle'. my dad is unhappy with this because he doesn't know them well, and he threatens me with taking my mom to court and getting custody. frankly, I am afraid of him and I do not trust him because I have seen him beat my mom and his girlfriend before. I really really do not want to leave my aunt and uncle... I don't know if my dad can have me forced to live with him, I am afraid and I really need your oppinion.
