My Girlfriend Needs To Be Emancipated

my girlfriend is 16 all her mom does is use her to watch her other kids. she wants to finish high school but can't living wit her mom. i can support both of us on my salary alone. What do I need to do in order to make this happen so she can go to school, get her diploma, and get a job?

Having someone else support you is not what emancipation is about.

that i do know but i want to know wat she has to do in order for her to be emancipated. i just put that in as a note.

You didn't mention what state she lives in, without that information, we don't know if her state has an emancipation statute.
