    Default Illinois Condo Eviction

Can the association evict me for nonpayment of my assocition fees? I rec'd a 30 day demand letter and faxed the attorney a payment proposal that would take 50 days to complete. Will they be able to evict my even though I own it and do they have to accept the payments I send in?

More typically they can impose a lien and, if you don't pay, foreclose.

Are they threatening eviction or some other action?
