Default Emancipation if I get pregnant

i am 16 years old. i want to be emancipated so that i could live with my boyfriend who my mother really likes and approves of, but she will not give me her consent. i am getting a job and my boyfriend has a steady job and is willing to support anything i may need. we have both talk to my mom about it and still nothing. is there any way around this? oh and i want to know if i were to get pregnant, would that mean that i would be able to live with my boyfriend considering we have enough to support a baby?

    Default Colorado Emancipation Law

Colorado does not appear to have a statutorily defined procedure for emancipation. It recognizes emancipation in its statutes:
Quote Quoting Colorado Code 19-1-103. Definitions
    (45) "Emancipated juvenile", as used in section 19-2-511, means a juvenile over fifteen years of age and under eighteen years of age who has, with the real or apparent assent of the juvenile's parents, demonstrated independence from the juvenile's parents in matters of care, custody, and earnings. The term may include, but shall not be limited to, any such juvenile who has the sole responsibility for the juvenile's own support, who is married, or who is in the military.
In order to qualify as emancipated, at a minimum, you would have to be living independently of your parents with their actual or apparent consent.

I used to live with my mom until 7th grade. I decided that I wanted to live with my dad and step mom. It was fine at first. They kept telling me how much they wanted me to come live with them... so at first it was great. That was about 4 years ago now, and every year, things just get worse and worse. There is no physical abuse, I love my dad very much. However, my step mother makes things very hard. I am 17 years old, and I am the epitome of a red headed step shild. The only thing is, either no one sees the way she treats me, or they just dont care. My dad never sticks up for me, EVER, because that would create tension with him and his wife. So he stays quiet. They think that I am the worst teenage they could have ever been burdoned with... but they are the only ones who see it like that. I have always have very good grades, I pull my weight around the house more than any other teen I know. I am respectful and responsible. I want to get out. I cant take it anymore. I have been afraid for so many years to stand up to my dad and tell him that I dont want to stay here anymore, but when I finally did, a few months ago, he refused to let me go. I wanted to go back to my moms, but they refused. It kills me because there isn't one indication that they want me here other than the fact that I dont want to be here. I need help. I dont want to go to court.. that seems kinda long term and messy, but I have to get out. I'll have a place to stay, I'll go to my moms. I have every intension of going to college.. and all that good stuff, so its not like I am a juvinile delinquant. But I need help.
