Default Re: Student Loan Cosigned By Grandmother
I'm sorry too.
I'm to have my wages garnished for defaulted student loans. I have never sent one single payment on these loans which originated in 1987. I was young, dumb and a party animal. Now, some 15-20 years later, I have matured and have been working to make good on my past errors. This is the last major problem on my list and it appears that it is the Worst! I have already filed BK and cleared up many debts including the IRS. Is there any reasonable compromise with these people now that I am already in garnishment?

As these were not discharged in your bankruptcy, it's safe to infer that these are nondischargeable student loans. You can try to negotiate with the lender. They don't have to negotiate with you.
