Default Criminal Records And Employment At A Financial Institution

I am in FL. I just submitted fingerprints for FBI background check. I was arrest in MA for "defrauding a common vituelar" in 2001 when I was 19....the charge was dropped. I was arrested in RI in 2002 for possession of marijuana and driving in possession of a controlled substance since it was in my car. This has been expundged. I was arrested two other time in RI for a driving with suspended license due to confusions and a mistake on MA's DMV end. The license was suspended by RI for 6 months. It was issued from MA. MA has a $50 reinstatemment fee that I was unaware of which resulted in an arrest following a trffic stop for speeding. Never got charged and paid the $50 to MA DMV. It was not processed properly and in 03 in RI is was in a traffic accident. The officer ran my license and it was still showing suspended despite paying the re-instatement. Same result, no charge. Bottom line....I have had misdemeanor run ins and no convictions..........should I be worried.....PLEASE ADVIS!!!!

If you were suspended in Rhode Island, paying a Massachusetts reinstatement fee isn't enough. You also have to pay any reinstatement fee due in Rhode Island.
